He can be brash and apparently disrespectful at times--he's a man who leads with his heart rather than his head. But he's a good man. We don't know each other well enough yet for my opinion to have any real meaning, but I trust him implicitly, and I respect him.

I don't believe he resides in District 4, but should a situation ever arise where his assistance was needed I don't believe he would hesitate to give it.

So far he has shown to me anger and an eagerness to protect his own people. I cannot trust that he will do the same for my own. He has offered his services and given voice to his qualifications, but I have no need for the headstrong. Having heart is admirable, but the men I need are those who can also put aside themselves for the sake of the brother or sister next to them. Perhaps he has shown this quality to members of his fleet, but I do not believe he has the understanding nor desire to lay his life down for people in my district.

In the future, when his vision clears, my opinion can change. For now, it will not.
